Thanks Werner and Anita for taking up this.
AFAIK the only real use of the wiki as such is for coordinating user
participation to the HF (more general HF issues could be done through
the governance docs). I would therefore suggest:
* freeze immediately the wiki for further editing
* find a replacement for the HF participation
* check if there is some useful material to be moved to documentation
or governance
* write the ML announcing the removal of content, inviting all to let
us know if there is something to be saved
* after a couple of weeks, remove the wiki.
