[Qgis-community-team] translation branch for 2.2 docs

Hi,

we finished the updates for QGIS 2.2 documentation and are ready to create a
translation branch manual_en_v2.2. Thanks to all contributors!

@Richard: Are all translations from transifex already inside master, so we
can just create a branch 2.2 and integrate it into transifex again for
translation, or how the proceure for this? 

Could you help us with that and with the integration of the new 2.2 branch
into transifex?
