[Qgis-community-team] Is it useful to report an issue from Transifex?

In Transifex, while translating, you can add a comment to the text and tag
it as problematic to report an issue. This seems to be an easier and
quicker way to report issues (rather than opening repository on Github and
create an issue report). And the issue can be on original text or on
translated ones.
But I'm wondering if it is really useful...
Is such report sent to the team leader, doc committer or any other language
coordinators so that they can fix the issue (except if you add @someone)?
Is it a good practice to use this option? And if not, where can be reported
an issue about localised text?

Thanks,
Harrissou
