[Qgis-community-team] sample and exercise data QGIS training/docs

Solving this issue:

I decided to keep ONE canonical download place for excercise and
training data:

http://qgis.org/downloads/data/

At the 'other' place: http://download.osgeo.org/qgis/data/ I put a
message linking to the canonical place above.

I also merged the forestry-data into the trainingzip and a missing shp
file provided by Juliana Szabo into the training_manual_exercise_data.zip

All this to have ONE place to find all doc / excercise data.
