[Qgis-community-team] visual changelog 2.10 online

Hi QGIS,

thanks to Tim the Visual Changelog machinery is fixed, and we were able
to rst-tify the changelog page for 2.10 :

http://qgis.org/en/site/forusers/visualchangelog210/index.html

I have also updated the website strings in Transifex (you just lost 8%
;-) ): so changelog is translatable and we have a new case study to
translate and some minor textual changes.
