[Qgis-community-team] manual build

Hi,

Otto, I think you need to build the language from Github source (
https://github.com/qgis/QGIS-Documentation/blob/master/readme.rst),
identify each of the warnings/errors that would be displayed during the
build and then fix them in Transifex (or source code?).

Isn't there in Transifex a way to identify those errors/warnings? I find
this page http://docs.transifex.com/setup/setting-translation-checks/ to
set up warning and errors rules. Are all the possible settings we need
activated? Then, if a translator ignores the warning, is there a way in
Transifex to find those translations? I think this will really improve the
builds fixes (I personally failed again to build the doc on the same W10
laptop that builds it months ago).
