[Qgis-community-team] manual build

Hi,

I don't see where to set up warning and error rules for transifex
according to the help page, but I see that I am not an administrator
https://www.transifex.com/qgis/public/ - maybe thats's why.

Can any of the transifex admins have a look?

I will try to build it locally now - thanks!
