[Qgis-community-team] [Doc] 2.10, 2.12 and master branch

Hello,

Following this PR [1], we had a discussion on how to manage feature from 
future 2.14 release.

DelazJ proposed to create a 2.12 branch but this bring some though to me:

* do we want to manage backport from master to 2.12 (and what about 2.10?) new 
feature?
* can you just forget 2.10 and 2.12 documentation and focus on the next 2.14 
release?

PS : It seems that there is some activities on the documentation part and this 
is a great thing!
