Hi Yves,

we did follow releases with documentation for a while: 1.8, 2.0, 2,2,
2.6, 2.8 (missed 2.4 already...) and then decided we would not go for
this anymore...
We released sometimes the docs for a version months after the QGIS
release, and just before the next release was coming.
So the next plan was to stick to the LTR version, or at least for the
full multilingual build!
The idea is that hopefully people (based on the 'new features' in the
issuelist) can more easily write a paragraph in master based on that.

If really needed we could even branch an english only version after
every release ...?
