Hi all,

Sorry - there is a misunderstanding. I am not working on the GSOD 
proposal. I was merely forwarding that information to PSC and people on 
documentation team in the hope that someone would pick up this subject 
and coordinate.

Since Matteo is our documentation coordinator, I think it makes sense 
that he sends in the proposal - either jointly with OSGEO or separately.

Karolina Alexiou also shows interest in participating.
