In preparation for this QGIS Doc Strategy meeting, I've finalised my
essay on "Why I think the QGIS Doc Team is struggling, and what I think
we can do about it". It is a 25 min read, going into lots of detail,
quoting and summarising many of you. You might want to limit your
reading to the Summary.

Extra sections added since last published are:
* "Summary": Add suggestion that we lobby the greater open-source
community to fix tools (don't do it ourselves)
* "QGIS Community questionnaire about docs" - collection of comments and
recommendations
* "Documentation best practices"
* "Andreas, Paulo and Tim, considering funding": Add discussion about
2019 QGIS Budget

you'd like to retweet. I'm hoping we might raise awareness and
engagement by getting the story out).
Could someone please forward to the QGIS PSC, I'm not subscribed.
Who is responsible for the QGIS blog? Would it be worthwhile creating a
QGIS blog post out of the Summary of this essay?
