Agreed.

But let's wait till we have some clearer sight on some experiments
different people currently doing:
- Matteo: direct connection between github <-> transifex
- Me: vanilla sphinx + readthedocs theme
- Will: screenshot machinery ?
- All: finalize 3.4 branch (make translatable)
