I'm available until 19:00 and after 22:00, so I'll check every 18:00 but I'll stay just 1 hour.

Assuming that the time for those meetings are GMT, I can't attend. That is in the children task time. For me only normal work time or after 22h works,but I understand that it is not the same for most of u.
