Hello Team,

I would like to use QGIS tool for my project for map generation and population calculation activities as it's an open source tool.

However we would like to know following things, kindly address if possible:

1. Is QGIS tool, free of cost and can be used without giving any cost?

2. What is the future of QGIS?

3. How the support is being provided by QGIS - Price based or Free of Cost?

4. If price based then what is the annual cost involved in support of QGIS?

5. What kind of Support is available?

6. If support is available, what is the SLA (timelines to provide the solution)?

7. What is the hierarchy/escalation (if any) for contact to QGIS in case of any issues/concern in using this tool?

8. What is the mode of contact for support?

9. Is there any live support available for QGIS?

Thanks & Reagrds,
