[Qgis-community-team] docs 3.16

Hi Doc-writers,

As 3.16 is coming nearer... should we also create a 3.16 docs site from current status of master?
Is anything holding us back? Off course translations will be behind, but at least users of 3.16 will have the latest docs (instead of 3.10).
In that way we will have a big bang release: QGIS, changelog AND doc site?
