Why not? I have no strong opinion here. I will follow what you feel is
better... :D

Maybe the amount of undocumented features? but the big bang release
scenario is probably worth them. And as usual we could try to fill them in
the future...

Off course translations will be behind, but at least users of 3.16 will
> have the latest docs (instead of 3.10).

Just to be sure, by 3.16 site, you mean in all the languages, right?
Resulting in pushing/pulling transifex for 3.16, locking 3.10 source and
translations and point latest to 3.16?
