[Qgis-community-team] When documents are built?

Thank you for your reply.
Your reply made me realize that I had misunderstood build process.
I had thought build process for English documents is separated from the one for localized documents because English documents don’t need to be translated.
I will try to have a further understanding of infrastructure for QGIS documentation!
