[Qgis-community-team] Github spam? Block?

Hi,

On the end of:

https://github.com/qgis/QGIS/issues/41377

it looks like the original issuer is using github to sent twitter spam?
I Giovanni also removed earlier comments..

Can/should we do something on this?
IF I click the user icon of Ehespinosa, we can both block the person, OR report it...
(not sure if I'd do a report, but blocking is ok for me)
