[Qgis-community-team] Archive Documentation 3.16

uhmm...

I was aware of that, and I am pretty sure I had added all projects in the
same translation memory groups once, but now it says it's for premium users
only, so probably the new projects (QGIS Documentation) is not included...
I thought that for being open source we was kind of a premium "customer".
