[Qgis-developer] GRASS Unit Tests for Win Build

Hi Soren

Could you run your unit tests again? Freddy build GRASS natively under
msys and Ive included that in the currently available setup.exe
snapshot build. It would be good to know if the issues are resolved
there and if any new ones have taken their place.
