Hi,
i made it. :)

I have copied the gproj, site and vect lib to the grass lib directory
to run the test suite.

The result is available here:
http://www-pool.math.tu-berlin.de/~soeren/grass/GRASS_TestSuite/html_win32_msys/

It is quite similiar to the qgis-grass-build result:
http://www-pool.math.tu-berlin.de/~soeren/grass/GRASS_TestSuite/html_win32/
