[Qgis-developer] linestyle,polygonstyle

hi Marco:
thanks for reply,
i am a new QGISer,
in fact,i am work in the cartographer field.
in this  field,sometimes i have to draw some lines with styles
like highline,roadline,....and i will apply a tool 
let people custom their own linestyle,polygonstyle...
that is my goal.
If you will  do so
i will put what i am doing :-)
