[Qgis-developer] Upcoming preview release of 0.8

Hi Gary,

Sorry for not replying quicker, i have been away for a few days.
In my opinion the preview release is a very good idea. 
I commited some improvements for vertex editing rubberbanding after the 
tagging, but it's probably not that important that they are in the preview 
release.
