I know that it can happen sometimes, deleting
src/plugins/xxx/.libs/xxxplugin.dll + make -f Makefile.win install
should resolve it there must be a bug in makefiles but I dont know
where, it seems to be ok. The problem is that
src/plugins/xxx/.libs/xxxplugin.dll is created but it is corrupted.
We could simply delete that file always when make is called
but that is not clean solution.
