[Qgis-developer] New QGIS project management site and issue tracker

Greetings,

We have moved the tracking of bugs, tasks, feature requests, and patches
to a new site at https://svn.qgis.org/trac. This site uses Trac
(http://trac.edgewall.com/) and provides not only issue tracking but
also browsing of the Subversion repository, source code viewing, project
time line, and road map.

Please use this site to report bugs and request enhancements. Be sure to
read https://svn.qgis.org/trac/wiki/UsingTracWithQuantumGis to get started.

We are nearing a preview release of 0.8 and at that time will be
depending on your input (via https://svn.qgis.org/trac).
