[Qgis-developer] problem finding Windows binaries on QGIS site

Hi,

The link to "Windows and OSX releases" on main WGIS dowload site leads
to
http://sourceforge.net/project/showfiles.php?group_id=55820&package_id=123955
where only 0.7.4 is available.

Those listed in http://gisalaska.com/torrents/ are dead: connection
rejected.

Luckily I found a Windows 0.8 prev2 binary in the news section. Please
add it to dowload where it belongs.
