[Qgis-developer] How to build Release 0.8 Preview 2 on Windows?

Hi Francis

Currently the only supported build method for windows is to cross  
compile using mingw on linux. There is a chroot environment you can  
use for this purpose at:

http://download.qgis.org/mingw_chroot.tar.bz2
