[Qgis-developer] How to build Release 0.8 Preview 2 on Windows?

I have successfully built:

qt 4.2
gdal 1.3.2
geos 2.2.3
libproj 4.4.9

I have downloaded binairies for:

sqlite 3.3.7
postgresql 8.1.4

I have downloaded tarball of Release 0.8 Preview 2.

I have tried the procedure at
http://wiki.qgis.org/qgiswiki/BuildingOnWindows without success (it
seems outdated).

How do I build?

Wich compiler do I use?

Is there a .pro file for Windows (i tried many, none works) ?

Is there a Makefile for Windows (none of these work either) ?

What are the required environnement variables?
