[Qgis-developer] 0.8 preview 2

Hi All

We are pleased to announce the second preview release of QGIS 0.8 is
now available. The subversion repository has been tagged and packagers
are busy creating binaries for various platforms. For those who like
to build from source, a source package is also available. Click the

Packages for Windows and Ubuntu are in preparation and will be
available in the next couple of days.
