[Qgis-developer] QGIS 0.8 preview 2 - Windows version available and ubuntu packages updated

Hi All

A windows package for QGIS 0.8preview2 is now available (thanks
Stephan Holl!) and I have updated the ubuntu dapper packages so they
should not give the gdal error previously reported when installing the
grass plugin.
