[Qgis-developer] Vertex functionality is working...

Dear friends,

Vertices editing functionality is working with Shapefile on latest QGIS SVN
(build 5880) source. Just I have not PostgreSQL within PostGIS. But I hope
that vertices editing functionality is working on PostGIS layer too. I was
testing it on Ubuntu Dapper. Now I compiling latest QGIS source for Windows
using mingw_chroot jail. (Thanks for Tim for mingw chroot jail).
