[Qgis-developer] Patch for the WFS plugin

Hi Marco,

I ran into a problem connecting QGIS to Geoserver. The WMS worked fine 
but I error out while trying to get the capabilities in the WFS plugin.

It seems the '?' was missing from the url. I created a new ticket (#856) 
and also submitted a patch. It would be good if someone could try that 
patch on mapserver to make sure everything still work.
