[Qgis-developer] UTF-8 Filenames, SVN, Qt and Macs

Hi

Or we could rename is picture to match Juergen :-) However it seems to
me to be a general enough problem that it may be worth trying to
resolve since in the future we may for example have developers who
dont have ascii text equivalents to their names.
