I took the liberty of changing the way HTML works in the 
plugin_template, while I was fixing another bug. The links are also 
clickable now.

The HTML style and an untranslatable table is separated out.
Paragraphs are translated by themselves (not sentences this time).

I think there should be similar guidelines in the DevelopersManual?
