[Qgis-developer] Final Package creation for 0.9.1

Hi,
updated QGIS 0.9.1 packages for opensuse 10.2 and 10.3 (32 and 64bit) are
available from the repository listed on the download webpage. For opensuse 10.2
python support is disabled, because of missing dependency packages.
