Thanks a lot for your kind reply and advice. My compilation process was
successes when I use shell (sh.exe) and 'MSYS Makefiles' generator option.

Martin is correct.

There is a README_windows.txt (since 10 secs) which mentions that you 
should use sh.exe to compile, after configuring in cmd.exe.

Alternatively, run cygwin shell.
