[Qgis-developer] 0.8.1 release plans (and Mac OSX Build issue)

So I updated and the INTERNAL=1 is beng set automaticall for me.

I went through and addded misisng includes all over and now Im as far
as building grass plugin and failing because of pty. Ill continue on
this again tomorrow night.
