[Qgis-developer] Improved GRASS check

Hi,

in revision 6419 I've refined a bit the check for GRASS. How does it work now:

- you can specify WITH_GRASS variable - ON or OFF - it's on by default
so you can use it to disable GRASS support explicitly

- you can specify GRASS path using GRASS_PREFIX variable. Besides this
it supports some default paths - for now it's just (K)ubuntu's
/usr/lib/grass ... if you give me a note what directory your distro
uses by default I can add it so it will detected automatically

- check for GRASS now displays the version that has been detected (by
reading grass-prefix/etc/VERSIONNUMBER)
