[Qgis-developer] DOS attacks on qgis.org

Hi All

QGIS is currently undergoing DOS attacks every few days. If you
experience accessing SVN, qgis.org and the wiki please bear with
us...theres not too much we can do except wait for the attacker to
pick a new victim :-(
