[Qgis-developer] compiling error: ui_qgisappbase.h

Hi, I saw in several mails this problem, but I couldn't get a good solution
for me.
I have this error after doing make from qgis makefile:

make[3]: *** No hay ninguna regla para construir el objetivo
`ui_qgisappbase.h', necesario para `all'.  Alto.

* make[3]: *** No rule to make target `ui_qgisappbase.h', needed by `all'.
**  Stop.*

It fails with geos3.0.0rc3 or with geos 3.0.rc4...
can anyone help me?
