[Qgis-developer] launchpad

Tim mentioning translation in his 0.9 message just now made me think of 
the translation engine in launchpad.net. So I looked, and qgis is 
registered: https://launchpad.net/qgis - but it seems that no use is 
being made of the launchpad bug tracker, 'blueprint' (RFC?), code 
repository, translation system or any of the other features.

I guess Tim either registered on launchpad to grab the URL for qgis just 
for presence's sake, but has there ever been the intent to shift 
development to the site?

I appreciate it would be quite a task though...
