[Qgis-developer] compiling QGIS in Windows

Hi Alessandro Sarretta

My apologies for not answering this - I unfortunately never noticed
the message. Tisham are you able to provide some assistance here? I
believe Alessandro is also interested to help with the win build work
so maybe we can form a little win-team that you can manage?
