[Qgis-developer] grass rasters in win

Hi all.
The bug is very serious, probably rather easy to fix, and prevents grass
users in windows from using qgis (by far the easiest way to approach
grass). Would it be possible to use some of the funds we have to pay
someone (ideally Radim, or Tim) to fix it, so as to release 0.8.1 ASAP?
