[Qgis-developer] small note about PyQt

Hi

Right. It was based on Aarons previous reports of incompatibility
between Qt4.3.2 and PyQt4.3.1 that I said this. If I understood Jef
propertly, Qt 4.3.2 seemed to work fine with PyQT4.3.1 under
MSVC.....what can I say - its all a bit confusing :-)
