FWIW, PyQt4.3.1 and QT4.3.2 coexist fine on my Ubuntu
Dapper. At first I could not build PyQt4.3.1 against QT4.3.2
(some error at "python configure step", can't rememebr
details), but after a rebuild and reinstallation of QT
4.3.2, PyQt4.3.1 built ok (strange but true).
