[Qgis-developer] Problem with wms

Hi Godofredo,

> 2.- Map canvas is not repainted after a wms request is complete.

I noticed that this happens on windows with 0.9. The wms image is only visible 
when panning the map. I'm going to investigate today and eventually fill a 
ticket for that.
