[Qgis-developer] cmake and ccmake usage - "Python bindings disabled"

Thanks!  FYI, for ubuntu feisty, i find that the following two
packages are required to successfully import the above modules (though
I haven't tried a rebuild yet):

sudo apt-get install python-qt4 python-sip4
