[Qgis-developer] Quantum GIS 0.9.2-rev8351 Windows Test Installer

Hi all,
 
I made a new windows test installer based on rev8351 (+ some GRASS toolbox minor fixes, subsequently patched in the next rev).

please, test it disabling your python installation, if you have one (just rename the python main folder)
