Ok, but now we need a quick pre-incubation in order to estimate which plugins 
will be accepted and included to the User Guide (I see no problem with a 
conditional accept, I can adjust some plugins if their authors are currently 
busy).

Otto, when we have the deadline for descriptions of those plugins?
