[Qgis-developer] New releases for QT and Python

Dear all,

I'm updating the whole build environment for MS Windows and I found that QT 
and Python had new releases since my last check/build setup;
I'm plannig to update them as follows:

QT: from 4.4.0 to 4.4.3

Python: from 2.5.2 to 2.6.1 or 3

there are know problems updating to those latest releases?
specially for Python, should I stay with the 2.x release or move to the 3? 
(note that they are both shipped as current stable version)
